The following services are provided to all our customers for any order that they may place with us. Additional services can be sought from external parties at the buyer’s request

Prototyping / Sample Design

Based on the needs of the customer or as per the order we have a dedicated team to create size-set samples, photo samples, sealing samples or any other samples that may be required at different points in time.

Pattern Creation / Fabric Consumption

Using CAD design software we design our patterns for cutting the fabric and minimizing our fabric wastage

Merchandising

Our merchandisers are responsible for liasing with the buyers and customers as well as coordinating the work related for the successful delivery of all orders.

Quality Control

One of the most important aspects of manufacturing is quality control which is why we not only employ quality control inspectors within each production lines but also carry out quality control checks at random by experienced professionals at each of our manufacturing plants. As an added measure, our clients are free to send their own Quality Assurance staff to our factories without notice for unscheduled audits.

Production

This encompasses all functions from the time we receive our supplies from vendors to the completion of packing our finished goods such as fabric relaxation and cutting, sewing, finishing, washing, ironing, folding and packing

Logistics / Commercial

Last but not least we have a team to coordinate all aspects of transport as per the needs of the customer.
